It’s about as far-removed from Collapsus as it’s possible to be: a straight-up series of live action micro-stories that follow the daily misadventures of courier/dreamboat Sleiman as he zips around Beirut on his Vespa. The 5-minute helpings that somehow manage to combine romance, crime, humor, and drama in each little episode, have caused a sensation success in Lebanon and across the Arab world – as has the user-generated element, Shankactive, which invites creativity and discussion from its throbbing worldwide fan-base.
