The latest addition to French Fridays, a guest-curated program on Watch the Titles dedicated to French title design, is The Troubles of Alfred – a movie by the famous French comedian Pierre Richard. This title sequence for this film brings us back to one of the main reasons why we started Forget the Film, Watch the Titles back in 2006, which is to recognize and pay tribute to title designers. Unfortunately, the identity of the title designer who created these whimsical stop-motion titles remains unknown. Let us know, if you know!
